　A Risk Overturn
A new choice for the corporate to incorporate as a One-Man limited company has been introduced to the new revision of the China company law in force on January 1 st 2006. It seems to be an overturn of the traditional concept of the limited company which prevail the legal regime. Could it be beneficial to the development of the solo economy or to be a fatal impact to the stability of the market economy which the China authority would like to maintain today?
